First and Goal Capital Corp. Completes Initial Public Offering

First and Goal Capital Corp. (“First and Goal”) completed an initial public offering in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia of 5,377,500 common shares, at a price of $0.10 per common share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $537,750. The net proceeds of the offering, together with the proceeds from prior sales of common shares, will be used by First and Goal to identify and evaluate assets or businesses for acquisition with a view to completing a “Qualifying Transaction” under the capital pool company program of the TSX Venture Exchange. Richardson Wealth Limited acted as agent for the offering.
